An integrated Wi-Fi router and four port Ethernet switch
provide the convenience and networking necessary to enable
a variety of applications that serve residential, small
office/home office (SOHO), enterprise and commercial markets.
The MV300 Series EV-DO Gateways, including the MV310 (450
MHz), MV320 (800 MHz), MV330 (1900 MHz) and MV340 (800/1900
MHz), seamlessly combine wireless wide area networking (WWAN),
a Wi-Fi wireless local area network (WLAN) router, circuit
switch cellular voice and analog fax technology to provide
wireless broadband data access, wireless networking, voice
calling and fax capabilities all in one easy to use, plug-and-play
desktop networking device. Leveraging CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology,
the MV300 Series Gateways provide broadband data at speeds
up to 2.4 Mbps for high-speed access to email, the Internet,
data intensive files and multi-media streaming. The integrated
Wi-Fi router allows access to broadband data from any room
in a home or office and trouble-free set up of a local hotspot.
Plug in a landline or cordless phone and make voice calls
over the wireless CDMA2000 1X cellular network. Plug in
an analog fax machine and begin sending and receiving facsimiles.
A four port Ethernet switch provides a plug-and-play solution
that enables users to network multiple desktop and laptop
PCs. A USB port provides an additional connection and two
built-in RJ-11 ports enable users to plug in a fax machine
or up to four landline phones. The dual-band (800/1900 MHz)
functionality of the MV340 provides compatibility with networks
worldwide.
