The MV200 Series, including the MV220 (800 MHz), MV230 (1900 MHz) and MV240 (800/1900 MHz), seamlessly combine wireless wide area networking (WWAN), circuit switch cellular voice and analog fax technology to provide wireless broadband data access, voice calling and fax capabilities all in one easy to use, plug-and-play desktop networking device. Leveraging CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology, the MV200 Series modems provide broadband data at speeds up to 2.4 Mbps for high-speed access to email and the Internet. Plug in a traditional landline phone and the modems enable users to make voice calls over the wireless CDMA2000 1X cellular network. Plug in an analog fax machine and users can begin sending and receiving facsimiles. An Ethernet connection provides a plug-and-play solution that enables operators to offer quick access to high-speed data and two built-in RJ-11 ports provide easy-to-use voice and fax capability. The dual-band (800/1900 MHz) functionality of the MV240 provides compatibility with networks worldwide.
