Technology
The XL-24-180Wp Crystalline Solar Modules are available
in framed and laminate versions. Both modules feature a
rugged laminate design. XL uses Mono/Poly Crystalline solar
cells known for their high efficiency and quality to provide
maximum power.
Quality
XL has established very high quality standards constant
checks and inspections guarantee uniformly high quality.
Each module which leaves the production line is subjected
to through Visual Inspection as well as Mechanical and Electrical
tests
Certifications
XL -24-180Wp Modules have been type approved as per the
requirements of IEC 61215-2005 Ed. 2 and conforms to Safety
class II equipment standards by TUV Rheinland, Germany.
Besides XL has a quality management systems that is in compliance
with the International Quality Systems ISO 9001-2000 Company
Technical Product Information
- High efficiency conversion cells with Anti-reflective
front surface coating
- By-pass diodes to avoid shading problems
- Cells protected by High transmissivity, low-iron tempered
glass and a layer of Tedlar and EVA
- Anodized Aluminium frame to protect the laminate and
provided with drain holes / mounting holes
- Pre-wired with quick connector system

test conditions (STC):
Irradiance at the module level of 1000W/m2 with
spectrum AM 1.5 and cell temperature of 25oC.
